He is trained and certified in mediation and arbitration through the Atlanta Justice Center\, served on the United States Air Force Critical Incident Stress Debriefing Team during national disasters and managed recovery teams for the United States Air Force.  After his retirement\, he started working in the financial/banking industry\, rising to the level of Senior Vice President/Senior Banking Executive.  He currently is the lead Professor/Faculty Instructor for the School of Standards located in Kennesaw\, Georgia.
