How has business been for your company over the past year?
We almost doubled the team to 80 over 2021 with strong revenue growth of over 40% again.
Growing at a fast pace can be challenging for a business, with the need to make sure that your culture is kept strong and growth is done smartly. How have you managed your growth?
We continue to put an emphasis on “TEAM” and working together to deliver solutions to our customers.
What do you see on the horizon for your company over the coming few years?
We’re looking forward to continued growth as more and more companies focus on deploying artificial intelligence into their business workflows.
What lessons have you learned as you’ve built your business that you think would be helpful for those looking for fast growth?
Keep the focus on delivering for your customers and taking care of your teammates. The distraction of investment and trying to focus on some mythical multiple is a fool’s errand.
Do you have any other thoughts you’d like to share on the state of the local economy or business community?
We could not be happier and more proud to be part of the Northeast Florida business community. Jacksonville/Florida has a well-deserved strong reputation as a business-friendly state and city.
