Speaker Bio: Kacy Swanson, PHR, is the VP of Employee Services at Trailer Bridge, where she loves working with every part of the business. She has been in the HR field for over 12 years since graduating from the University of North Florida. Kacy began her career as a recruiter and now, along with her team, focuses on making work better for everyone through benefits and wellness initiatives, employee engagement, strategic HR and recruitment, streamlined payroll and policy efficiencies. In 2024, she was recognized as one of the Jacksonville Business Journal’s Women of Influence. Kacy also serves on the Board of Directors for SHRM Jacksonville. Outside of work, you’ll find her enjoying yoga, at a Jags game, or exploring local parks with her four-year-old daughter.
