ID Logistics leases in Florida Gateway Logistics Park (Courtesy of the Jacksonville Daily Record) — France-based ID Logistics, with U.S. headquarters in Georgia, has leased the 650,000-square-foot recently completed Building 4 in Florida Gateway Logistics Park in West Jacksonville.
ID Logistics is hiring for the location at 9909 Pritchard Road, Building 400, another address for the more precise 9984 Pritchard Road in Westlake Industrial Park, which is east of Interstate 95 and north of I-10.
Commercial real estate firm JLL Executive Managing Director Luke Pope said by email Oct. 9 that ID Logistics would take occupancy in November to service a beverage manufacturer account. He did not identify which company.
ID Logistics is a third-party logistics provider, which means it leases space to handle the warehousing and distribution needs of clients. Cross-docking is a logistics practice of unloading products from an incoming truck and immediately reloading into outbound trucks or trailers to move products from a manufacturer directly to the customer with minimal handling and time.
A cross-docking facility is seen as a sorting center that requires less storage space than a distribution center.
The city issued a certificate of use permit Oct. 14 for the building, listing the tenant as ID Logistics. Evans General Contractors LLC is the contractor. A permit was issued Oct. 12 for electrical work at a project cost of $50,000 to Coastal Electric Co. of Florida.
Pope represented the landlord, national real estate and investment company CT Realty, in the lease. It is based in Dallas and in Newport Beach, California.
He said CBRE Executive Vice President Michael Barker represented ID Logistics. Barker is with CBRE’s office in Radnor, Pennsylvania.
JLL and CBRE reported the lease in their third-quarter industry market reports for Jacksonville.
“The Westside submarket led the market’s absorption upswing in Q32026, accounting for nearly 1.6 million s.f. of quarterly absorption,” JLL wrote.
“ID Logistics drove a significant portion of this activity, taking occupancy of 650,000 s.f. at Florida Gateway Logistics.”
CBRE reported the lease of 650,000 square feet of space at 9984 Pritchard Road to ID Logistics.
ID Logistics has been emailed for a request for comment.
The company sought job applicants for several job categories at the site at a Sept. 29 job fair.
“ID Logistics is a dynamic, entrepreneurial logistics company globally headquartered in France with our US headquarters in Johns Creek, GA,” the company said in a job posting.
Johns Creek is northeast of Atlanta.
“In the US, we’re experiencing multiple years of double-digit growth and significant customer expansion,” the posting said.
ID Logistics said it was making “on the spot offers” at the job fair.
A post for “Bilingual Human Resource Business Partner,” specifying English and Spanish, provided a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 a year.
Benefits were listed as PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, professional development opportunities and more.
That post said the site operates Monday through Friday with two shifts for now, “making it essential to have HR presence on-site for all shifts.”
The standard schedule is 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on weekdays, with rotating weeks’ coverage for the second shift.
It said flexibility with the work schedule for days and nights is required.
That position requires traveling to cover and support two facilities in Jacksonville and in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.
The CoStar commercial real estate site reported Sept. 14 that ID Logistics subleased an almost 1.1 million-square-foot warehouse in Elizabethtown.
About ID Logistics
The ID-logistics.com site says the company, founded in 2001 and headed by Eric Hemar, is an international contract logistics group that manages nearly 450 sites in 20 countries representing 107 million square feet of space on five continents with 55,000 employees.
It is based in Orgon in southern France. Hemar, who owns more than 50% of the stock, is chairman and CEO.
“With a customer portfolio balanced between distribution, e-commerce, consumer goods, cosmetics and fashion, ID Logistics is characterized by offers involving a high level of technology,” the site says.
Forbes magazine reports Hemar took the company public in 2012 on the NYSE Euronext in Paris. It said ID Logistics generated $3.6 billion of revenue in 2024.
ID Logistics reported revenue of $4.4 billion in 2025.
For the first half of 2026, ID Logistics reported revenue of $2.4 billion, up 18.3% from the year before.
On May 26, 2026, industry publication International Transport Journal reported that ID Logistics announced the acquisition of three locations in the southeastern U.S. in Rome and Ellijay in Georgia and in Greenwood, South Carolina.
It reported the sites are designed “to optimize supply chains for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). High-speed cross-docking operations are expected to improve the flow of products between production, distribution, and retail.”
It said the “facilities are part of a comprehensive network of 56 locations covering a total area of over 1.86 million square meters,” the journal reported, which is 20 million square feet.
“In the southeastern United States, ID Logistics now operates 18 locations with a total area of over 465,000 square meters,” which is about 5 million square feet.
Closer to Jacksonville, CoStar reported in September 2025 that Transwestern Development Co., in partnership with QuadReal Property Group, leased the almost 945,000-square-foot Building One at the Trailhead Logistics Park in Ocala to ID Logistics in one of the largest industrial leases in the Central Florida market that year to date.
