Jacksonville, Fla. (Nov. 8, 2021) CareerSource Northeast Florida (CareerSource NEFL) is hosting Paychecks for Patriots, a special virtual hiring event dedicated to connecting quality employers with local veterans and military spouses, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10.
This statewide hiring event directly connects Florida veteran job seekers with Florida’s businesses. During the event, CareerSource NEFL matches veterans with employers who value the skills, knowledge and attributes veterans attain during military service.

CareerSource NEFL will also be holding some virtual workshops for veterans the same day at the following times:
9 – 10 a.m. – Information on Veteran’s Administration Disability, conducted by facilitator A.J. Johnson
10 – 11 a.m. – Information on Federal Employment, conducted by facilitator Patrick Cross
11 a.m. to noon – Information for Military Spouses, conducted by facilitator Cecil Love
