Mike Heyner has spent twenty-five years helping individuals and organizations become the best versions of themselves.  As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), he helped individuals address and overcome barriers to personal success.   As a Director of Training & Development for hospitals and a large (72) hospital system, Mike expanded his focus to help both individuals and organizations in their quest to improve employee engagement, increase patient satisfaction and positively impact corporate culture.  Mike also spent nearly 10 years ”on the road” as a Senior Advisor with Press Ganey & Associates, a leading consulting firm in the healthcare industry.  This experience afforded him the opportunity to both learn from and share with healthcare organizations throughout the United States.  From Portland Maine to San Diego California…from Yakima Washington to Naples Florida, Mike has had an impact on the lives of caregivers, the organizations they work in and the patients they serve.
