Fast-growing Jacksonville logistics firm rebrands, releases app for drivers (Courtesy of the Jacksonville Business Journal) — One of the fastest-growing logistics firm on the First Coast is changing its name.

After five years in business, Fidelis Freight is rebranding as Drive Logistics, a move the company said reflects its driver-focused approach to the business.

Fidelis was founded in 2016 by Michael O’Leary, who had been president of Grimes Logistics for about a dozen years. The company connects truck drivers with loads, handling broker negotiations, billing and collections and back-office support for truckers and owner operators.

As part of the rebranding, the company will be releasing an app, called myDrive, that will let truckers negotiate pricing for loads. The app will be rolled out July 4.

“Drive Logistics provides a service that gives our truckers the best pathway to success, a way to make their dreams a reality while focusing on moving freight at premium rates,” O’Leary said in a statement.

Fidelis was named a Fast 50 company in 2020 and 2021. Over the past three years, it has seen its revenue grow by an average annual rate of about 75%.
