Richard “Rocky” Rocco came to the Putnam County Career Center in September 2024. He had been working as a forklift operator for the same company for five years when the company relocated from the area.
Rocco found employment with the Putnam County school district as a food service worker.
“He gained a lot of vital computer skills while job searching at our center in Palatka,” said Workforce Services Representative Kim Reynolds. “He is happy to be working again…and is also very pleased that his new job hours will support his very active karaoke life.”
