iVenture Solutions acquires Gwanda (Courtesy of the Jacksonville Daily Record) — Jacksonville-based iVenture Solutions acquired St. Augustine-based Gwanda, according to a Sept. 13 news release by iVenture’s financial advisor, Heritage Capital Group.
Both companies provide information technology services to businesses.
The deal expands iVenture’s service offerings and geographic footprint.
The company was founded in Jacksonville in 2000 and expanded to Orlando in 2008 and Tampa in 2015.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
