Loctek planning 116,000-square-foot expansion in North Jacksonville (Courtesy of the Jacksonville Business Journal) — An ergonomic chair and keyboard manufacturer’s Jacksonville plant may be getting bigger.
Plans prepared by Houston Engineering show a proposed 116,640 square-foot expansion of manufacturer Loctek on the north side of 234,000-square-foot warehouse used by Loctek at 2983 Faye Road.
Records show 6075 lance LLC purchased the 75-acre property for $15.9 million in January. Approximately 16.45 acres are zoned for heavy industrial.
The builder is Arco Design/Build.
