Meet the inaugural class of Rising Stars: Finance (Courtesy of the Jacksonville Business Journal) — Jacksonville is a growing city — and growing younger city, with more and more people seeing the First Coast as a good place to start their career.

In the decades to come, the executives who get their start here will shape the Jacksonville of the future, going on to become the Ultimate CEOs, the Women of Influence, the brokers and philanthropists and leaders who will move Jacksonville ever forward.

This year, we decided we wanted to discover and celebrate those who will be making a difference for years to come. So far, we have spotlighted Rising Stars in real estatein legal affairs and in transportation and logistics.

The final group of honorees are in finance — a broad category in which we’re looking to recognize the people who are helping their organizations and others manage their money, from raising it for nonprofits, advising on investment and providing strategic guidance in spending.

The inaugural class of honorees in this category are:

  • Charlie Flynn of Forcura
