Northside manufacturing site sold for $37.95M (Courtesy of the Jacksonville Business Journal) — A Pennsylvania-based real estate group paid $37.95 million for the site of ergonomic chair and keyboard manufacturer Loctek’s Jacksonville plant in the Northside, county records show.
EQT Exeter, which specializes in big box warehouses and multi-tenant industrial space, purchased the property through Exeter 2983 Faye LLC on Wednesday, according to the records.
Plans from last year show a 116,640 square-foot expansion north of an already-existing 234,000-square-foot warehouse used by Loctek at 2983 Faye Road were in the works.
Loctek, through 6075 Lance LLC, purchased the 75-acre property for $15.9 million in January 2023. Approximately 16.45 acres are zoned for heavy industrial.
The property neighbors GE Distribution Center and is also near Blount Island.
