Meet Roben Faircloth the Manufacturing Industry Manager at CareerSource Northeast Florida since 2017.

Before joining CareerSource, she served as the Program Manager for the Florida TRADE Grant at Florida State College at Jacksonville, where she played a pivotal role in preparing students for careers in manufacturing and helping current industry employees enhance their skills.

Roben is an active member of the First Coast Manufacturers Association (FCMA), where she has held leadership roles as both chair and co-chair of the Workforce Committee during her nine-year tenure. She also serves on advisory boards for several educational institutions, including Florida State College at Jacksonville, St. John’s River State College, Frank H. Peterson High School, and St. Augustine High School, among others.

In her current role, Roben assists employers in upskilling their workforce by helping to offset the costs of qualified training through CareerSource NEFL’s Customized Training Program.
