Meet Roben Faircloth, Advanced Manufacturing Industry Manager

Roben Faircloth is the Manufacturing sector manager at CareerSource Northeast Florida.
Roben is a native Floridian, born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Organizational Communications. Upon graduation, she taught English in Tokyo, Japan for three years.
Before joining CareerSource, Roben was the Program Manager for the Florida TRADE Grant at Florida State College at Jacksonville working to help students prepare to enter the field of manufacturing and help those employed in manufacturing, improve their skills. Florida State College, CareerSource, and First Coast Manufacturing partnered on this highly successful grant. Prior to working with the TRADE grant, she was an Enrollment Development Coordinator at FSCJ working with area high schools to introduce students to their post-secondary opportunities. She served on advisory boards for many area high schools including Peterson, Englewood, Forrest, and Wolfson.
